- 10x fly pushups (wide)
- 8x Leg Reverse Burpees
- Roll back, kick up and stand up with one leg
- 10x Elbow Transition pushups
- After going down, back up so elbows touch floor, then go back to normal down and back up
- 10x Side to side squats
