• Pomodoro but I have the choice on whether to do 25/5 or 50/10
• Double pomodoros
  • 50/10/50/10/15-30
• Things to do during pomodoro breaks

Previously

• First half of 2021 I did 55/5/55/5/30
• Tried 52/17 but was hard to time block with it
