SMART Goals
SPECIFIC
- Goals should be well defined (ex. I want to make $1000 profit this month with stocks)
MEASURABLE
- Goals should be measurable so you will know when it is achieved ($1000)
ACTIONABLE
- Goals should be able to be broken down into steps towards achieving it
REALISTIC
- Goals should be challenging but still attainable
TIME-BASED
- Goals should have a deadline to push us to complete them in time (a month)
